Comments: Pleasantly surprised they gave me the double upgrade. I had a quick business trip, was a nice stay.
I stayed there back in May and thought it was very nice, contrary to many of the reviews I've read. While I didn't use a SNA I did get a higher floor and a larger room than my colleagues. The lounge staff there are wonderful.
