Agree 100%. One of the reasons I'll fly UA long haul. Just got off a 772 the other day with none. Makes me consider airlines with better soft product (e.g. connect with AC instead) if UA is moving away from these. On another 772 in two nights and not looking forward to possibly trying to sleep at the temperature whims of the crew.
