Just an update, the seat map updated sometime between 12:50 and 1:10am central time. It was pretty much T-72 on the dot, however keep in mind this flight departs after midnight Chicago time.

We were both left in our original seats, 1L and 3L, however both 1K and 3K were unassigned, so we sniped 1K.
Polaris seats would have been nice, because we've never been in them before, but getting a window pair with the large footwell after a random reassignment is definitely a score.
(The only problem now is I can't sneak up into the galley 4 hours into the flight and ask for a second desert without wifey knowing about it).

Looking at the seat map, the Auto-seat assigner left 123 EK empty, so I wonder if 123 ADL stay the same and 123 F go to 123 B. After that is seems more of a crap-shoot, which makes sense since you're getting closer to the now-missing rows.
