Hi all,
We have two rooms booked on points over xmas, but I'm beginning to worry about their 60day cancellations policy and that Hyatt apparently charges you full room rate ($$) instead of "just" keeping your points. My main concern is covid and if we are somehow not able to travel (we get sick, new travel limitations, etc.). Does anyone else have experience with cancelling a points booking and how the hotel handles that?
