the transit security from domestic into the international terminal takes 5 minutes if you arrive at front (get early out of the plane and walk fast) and 10-max 15 minutes if you arrive after all other international passengers of this flight
Immigration (passport stamped out) is already done in Samui
it would even be enough (in case flights are not on same ticket and agent does not check through luggage) to pick up luggage (approx 15-max 30 minutes), go to departure level (5 minutes), priority check in and go through fast lane security (10-15 minutes)
