There's an option to request an off-airport quote:
If you request an off-airport quote and you're finding better rates elsewhere, something must be going on. Feel free to PM us here with your inquiry id (the number at the bottom of the email you received) and where you saw a better deal and we'll be happy to investigate. I'm sure we can find you a better deal than elsewhere at the end of the day.
As for why you need to enter your info and wait for an email, it's because we do a deep-search using hundreds of coupons and discount codes and this takes a few minutes depending on how busy our system is.
