My first was New York to Frankfurt in February 1971 on the recently inaugurated TWA service. I was headed to Germany working for the U S Govt. so naturally I flew coach. The interesting thing was that the 747 had fewer than 50 people on board. The flight attendant allowed me to see the whole plane because of the light load. Loooong time ago.
