Laker Airways DC10 from MAN-LAX with a short stop at Prestwick in 1981. The connection was from LAX to HNL with United. All in Y, but one thing that stuck with me regarding the United flight was a bar at the rear of the B747 Y cabin serving complimentary soft drinks/punches and the food being served on fresh banana leaves and wooden platters.
