I just called WF to ask for a product change from an older Visa Rewards card. When requesting a change in the app, it said product changes were unavailable. Upon speaking with a representative, he noted that product changes were temporarily suspended (and they have no insight into when this will be lifted).
Overall it seems like solid categories, but I'm in the same boat where I don't want to burn a new app for it.
