CLT-MEX Breakfast

Original options were cheese omelette (listed as vegetarian) or salmon plate.
Chose omelette.
FA apologizes and said catering boarded "lunch" by mistake and replaced omelette with enchilada, which wasn't vegetarian.
FA very apologetic and made a last ditch effort to get catering to load vegetarian means, which they did not deliver.
Not being vegetarian, I was happy with the new option and excited for a lunch service.
Turned out the enchilada was still a breakfast cater.
Looked ugly but was very tasty, had some kick to it.
Also came with warm croissants and biscuits (jam available.)
