My usual HGI stay is coming up, and I booked elsewhere and will continue to do so. Dealing with incompetent front desk employees regarding the breakfast credit is frustrating and not worth my time. As long as the USA Hiltons continues with this nonsense, they won't be seeing me. Hilton elsewhere has been marvelous.
