Ba 747 LHR to LAX then a 3 hour wait for a US Air flight to john wayne orange county airport.

The 8 seater taxied behind the now departing BA aircraft I had got off and it felt lime we could have fitted underneath it.

I remember thinking that was weird as I had always been told how much bigger everything was in America
