I remember doing a similar flight, but with Air 2000 on a 757, GLA-PIK-BGR-MCO in 1989 (PIK because, at that point, GLA wasn't yet a "transatlantic gateway", and BGR for refueling). Wish my adult self could do that trip again for the novelty of flying a 757 and doing a GLA-PIK hop!
