Refused my 4pm checkout as a titanium and lifetime platinum. Claimed it wasn’t authorized. I refused to back down, but he brought it up again and again. I agreed to a 3 pm for 3 free drinks. Beyond frustrating as they wouldn’t let up.

Booked two standard rooms. One was given a one category upgrade. Not a big deal as occupancy is high right now, so high they won’t honor late check out (sorry).

Rooms are new and the food is good. I would come back if it weren’t for the shenanigans.
