Grand Universe is located in the old city centre of Lucca, a very nice hotel! All sights in this UNESCO city are walkable. The hotel has got a small rooftop terrace with nice views over the city. The hotel is still quite new and opened up in 2020/2021? Hotel is located in a former Palazzo and some rooms might be small. Breakfast was fine. When arriving by car please take note that the hotel located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL) so its better to park outside this zone. I did get an Upgrade after asking through email contact.
