So many questions! Did they strap bags into seats to make the most of space? Use the overhead bins? Or was filling the cargo holds enough? I guess they didn't sell the flight as revenue since it would require flight attendants? Could they have made more use of the flight's capacity somehow?
Would need special permission to load in cabin. Also would require crew in cabin (no fire suppression/ detection systems). It was given during CV19 drop of passenger and increase in cargo.. however doubt is worth trouble for one off.

Also this has already been discussed in thread about LHR capping passengers.
