27R is closed due to runway repairs. Because of the large number of already inbound longhaul flights that cannot be influenced by ATFCM, then I'm afraid not yet departed shorthaul is going to bear the brunt of this. There are some very significant delay times for the first wave already, BA1475 from GLA currently top of that list with 270 minutes delay to their planned airborne time, but plenty of others over 4 hours.
