There is nothing on Manage My Booking to indicate that I have asked for a wheelchair. I am therefore a bit concerned, as I don’t want to turn up at check-in to find that there isn’t one, let alone when I arrive in MEX. Can anyone advise? Am I right in assuming that whoever takes to charge of the wheelchair, assuming at check-in, will also lift my carry-on off my lap at screening and onto the rack when I arrive at my seat? I will be traveling in J. Thanks,
request assistance in MMB it will show up there. Don’t rely on whoever you spoke to on phone to book it for for. Go to MMB scroll down to special assistance click on that then chose what level of help you need.

Yes they will help you with your bag.
