Well, AirNZ was the Marketing Carrier for my recent TSV-BNE-WLG flight, with QF metal TSV-BNE, and the NZ metal BNE-WLG. It’s not as if there was any ‘competition’ on TSV-BNE… and NZ earns the revenue but offers nothing/very little in terms of supporting travel.

The complete inability to do anything with the booking (by QF and NZ) due to the way the booking was locked-down (or locked-out) meant that nothing could be done prior to physical check-in. So as TG*G, NZ*S and QF Gold, I felt somewhat short-changed. Oh, the NZ codeshare flight sector earned no APD/SP.

Yes, I know codeshare flights have limitations, but I was surprised how ‘miserable’ NZ was…. Just a point of view, and maybe I have been spoiled by other *A carriers.
