Me: Flights are still both available individually and I actually am on Chat right now and it is excruciatingly painful.

Me: They cannot book a points ticket for me and insist I do a multi city booking. But that is not even possible on your website.

Me: I called in and explained what was happening. The gentleman said that probably all the award availability was gone. I said I thought it was revenue based and asked if he could just try the individual legs separately. He hung up. Or disconnected.

JetBlue: When we tried the same flights earlier, it showed that one was available for booking but then when we clicked on it there was an error saying inventory was gone. We're not sure why it's still showing since that flight seems to be full. We apologize for any inconvenience. -Denise

Me: Well, they are still there to buy as a revenue ticket...and have been from the beginning. But after being told to contact chat by the Twitter team, only to be told by Chat that they could not help me, being instructed to do something that is not even possible on your website, being lied to (or given fabricated information) and hung up on by your phone rep... I give up.
