I think the schedule may be 100% useful to some others.

The times seem to be for people who want a full work day around NY before flying out to Mexico, while also being for the same people wanting to maximizing their time with family/friends in Mexico just before they get back to NY for a full work day around NY.

There are lots of people of Mexican heritage in NYC and out on Long Island. For at least many of them, this should work well.
