OK, thanks! Thought I was go nutters. Funny you should mention the horrible website. I actually just did a search for "Blank screen" on jetblue.com, which happens occasionally, and I found your old post :-). I just have to keep clearing all the cookies etc to get it functioning, and then when it does actually work, well, let's just say they and Hertz are neck to neck on the race for last place. I have a chat going with them on Twitter, as I'd like to book it as one ticket. We'll see how that goes.
