I like the Cathay Lounge in T3, not just for the food and drink but the seating. I find the loungers with the footstools excellent to pass the time in and are setup well for solo travellers. Also the Showers are tremendous and the lounge worth it just for them.

I quite liked the HEL lounge especially in the Schengen lounge there was a room at the end with great runway views.

Finally although I don't use it as much now I prefer GLA to EDI in Scotland. Lighting is a lot cosier and it has a nicer feel to it. EDI feels a lot more sterile.
