I flew 988 LHR->BER last night. Apparently the flight was at a gate other than what they told passengers so it was delayed. This delay was enough to put the flight past curfew in Berlin, so they made a decision to send passengers without luggage. Yea, the entire flight.

we arrived in Berlin and were told to speak to the lost luggage counter. The counter was manned by one person who got up and left at midnight leaving us all standing there.

I went online to submit a claim and received an error that states they couldn’t match my records.

I called. Hung up on.

I tried chat and twitter. No response.

i finally paid $110 RT euro to go to the airport where after about an hour finally got someone from their baggage service to tell me one bag is on a flight tomorrow arriving at 36 hours after I did, but there is no record of the second bag.

I'm on day two of a 15 day trip to Europe and leaving Berlin on Saturday. I don’t have time to spend tracking down my bags. Suggestions?
