A recent experience had the UC agent refusing to protect me - 'not allowed anymore'. I asked if this included GS, to which I got an irritated 'It's not allowed anymore'.
Figured I'd call the GS desk instead, but before I'd sat down and called I received a text message to say I'd been protected. YMMV but there's more than one way to try (in person, online-chat, call, etc.)
