It's a quiet private sleeping area not individual rooms as some lounges have. And the F lounge in BOM is very good. You get a la carte dining, fancier place to lounge, top shelf booze etc. There used to be a free 30 minute head & shoulder massage as well. But since they changed vendors I'm not sure if it is still available. It was discontinued in the J lounge so I would assume the same has happened in F - but it doesn't hurt to ask.
