Have you checked that your address is correctly on file with AC, and that it flows through correctly to FedEx? The last time we had a member complain frequently about never receiving his package, the root cause was there was some glitch in the way his address was on file with AC that caused the package to get sent to the wrong place. Once that was sorted out, there were no more problems.
