Too much of the Millennial/Gen Z style over substance thing going on and I think the design is honestly stupid. As a solo traveler I can see how it might work for a night but when traveling for more than that or with a family of four there is not enough storage space in the room, the rooms are too small at less than 300 sq. feet, the two queen rooms (IME) only come with two sets of towels and there is a lack of breakfast seating since everything with these places is again, designed to be minimalist/small. I'm curious to see how well these properties age which time will tell as the concept is only five or six years old and none of them have gotten to any kind of brand mandated renovations yet.

If it's for one night, and the rate is cheaper, I would go for it. Longer stays and / or similar pricing to nearby properties, I would stay elsewhere.
