Now that my first experience with PS is behind me, I think the above quote sums it up perfectly (although for us it was on a departure). They certainly have hospitality and pampering down to a T, and the experience start to finish was seamless. That's not something I see too often these days, even with many other supposedly-luxurious providers of services. The price point is just high enough that I'll probably only splurge on it once a year or two for special journeys, but will look forward to it every time.
