I'm already diamond in Asiana and look to gather additional miles to extend my membership.

I noticed flights in business (P) that are operated by LH (credit = 0 miles), but ticket issued is by AC (credit = 100% miles).

What is the factor in case of Asiana? Ticket issuer or oprerator?
