I am flying soon with a family member and since all my *A points are in Asiana, I wanted to sign her up with Asiana Club too (family pooling...).

Except that it is absolutely impossible. I tried about 7 times... the website always ends up throwing an error and ends up with an "Access denied" blank page (yes really) after every attempt. Every time I attempted to sign up, at some point during the registration process I invariably end up being completely blocked from the entire website (can't even access the home page) until I restart my browser.

I never managed to get through the signup process. I tried clearing my browser cache, renewing my IP address, even using my paid VPN to change my IP address to a Korean one... absolutely no luck.

Has anyone managed to sign up for Asiana Club recently or has any ideas about how to make their complete mess of a website work?
