Hi,

I am running into an issue where I can't use travelbank in combination with my credit card. It keeps giving me the error of "Unable to complete request, there is a problem with your credit card". I am quite confident that the credit card is open and it has not seen any attempted charge from United.

Any idea how to resolve this?
