If they have a bunch of rollover MQMs that have added up during COVID-19, you might want to consider arranging to have them earn FO *this* year so that they don't lose rollover. If they're close to $3,000 MQDs, it might be worth doing an extra trip of buying a FC ticket toward the end of the year.
