Hi everyone

I’m platinum with enterprise and I used to get these certificates you can use to get the 1 car upgrade. Now I can’t find them in the app or computer anymore and I haven’t used one this year. Does anyone know how to use the upgrade and how it works now or where I can find the certifications? And if it works at the enterprise exotic locations?
