So needless to say the aircraft changed this morning on the mobile app to a 777-200 and within an hour I was automatically booked onto an American Airlines flight via Charlotte.

It's extraordinarily frustrating because I checked in online last night and had transport arranged for early tomorrow morning.

Now, I'm unable to access the new booking through both the KLM and the American Airlines app.

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow at the airport to say the least. First world problems I know!!!!

The KLM app is shockingly bad and based on this experience from day one and this last minute change, I'd never book with them again.
