I had to cancel a trip on AC in April. I received an e-mail informing me that the refund process would take 6 weeks, and I would receive another e-mail with the credit details. I was fine with that. Last week, I contacted AC via Twitter asking about the status of my refund and I was told it was sent out in May. I never received it and let them know. They suggested I check my junk/spam, which I did, and there was nothing there. I let them know and asked if they could resend it, or at least let me know what my options are. It's been 48 hours since that communication and I haven't heard anything back. Any suggestions on how to proceed are greatly appreciated.

PS....on hold using the AC priority line...maybe I can get help there ?
