Yes you can switch clubs. This is very common for people with one time passes who are meeting friends in the Club but accidentally went to the wrong one (which has happened to me more than once).
At the second club, just tell the agent you already checked in at the club by Terminal/Gate/Concourse X and they should see you in the computer system.
