I was in Berlin last weekend and I hesitated going to the So but the rates were insane (the same range as yours) and I went back to the Pullman Schweizerhof after many years of absence and did not regret it. I was very well treated and for an acceptable price. I will post the review soon
Your room size is just unbelievable . Too bad as the hotel looks very nice otherwise.
