But there are other statements on that page that seem to be in contradiction with current practice. For example, that page says about paid fares: "Tickets Originating Outside of North America For international tickets for travel originating outside of North America,* a change fee of $0 to $500 will apply." Contrast that with "We continue to waive change and cancel fees for travel originating outside of North America." on this page: https://www.delta.com/us/en/travel-p...e-requirements
