Just a follow up. I requested the voucher on 11/2 and received the voucher that was post marked 11/23. So mine made it in about 3 weeks.

I just redeemed (11/2/04) points for an international cert and was curious. The comments on the site say it was sent for fullfilment. I'll let you know when it shows up.
