Yep. I have one branch where they have to walk me down the concourse from the CS to the MC to do MOs. I asked why nobody is at the MC, and she said we just don't have enough people.

GEE, maybe if they hadn't killed the MO kiosks and the BP app, they wouldn't require as many employees.
