The HGV at Seaworld hits most if not all of your requirements. It’s within walking distance of the park too. I looked at some random dates and there is a 4th night free promo called Another Day in Paradise (maybe Phil Collins stops by the room for a quick song, Looks like that requires prepay and no cancellation though. There is also a $25 resort fee. We stayed there for 4 nights in January and enjoyed our stay. There are two pools (one is labeled as quiet but everyone’s definition of quiet is different) and a play area that I think had shuffleboard and some other kid activities but I don’t remember what exactly. There were also gas grills near most of the buildings too. I don’t think the points required for a 2 BR on the dates that I looked at would be a good value and an HGV promo may not get you a 2BR either, but they might give you an option to pay up from a basic offer. We did that about 6 years ago on the Big Island. HGV Tuscany might be an option to look at too.
