Keeping this up to date in case anyone else has similar problems.

They initially told me a few days for a refund, but when I called back on June 8th, they told me 4-6 weeks. Despite checking several times, providing my bank account information, etc. - they have now told me that the ticket is still on hold and I have to reprocess the refund request. To be continued...
