Yes you can book PH Vendome with points. Even though they are playing games with inventory, you can still manage to book it. But it might be part of the problem.
Definitely "luxury is personal" went out the window ages ago at this PH and many others in my experience. Tokyo stopped their complimentary fresh coffee via room service for Explorists and above.
It's heinous that a Palace hotel does premixed drinks and fee choices for dining.
Funny how my main complaint with Vendome before the cuts/changes was the concierge.
