OK, got it! Friends living in Warsaw adopted a similar strategy way back when the IC offered 2-for-1 stays over weekends. I don't know the Marriott, and I'm not impressed by the Hilton's lounge, the hotel's location or its pricing. The IC wins hands down in terms of location, lounge and health club - but as I'm no longer an RA, and rates went a little crazy, it's generally not a sensible option.
I haven't been to the Marriott or Sheraton since the lounges reopened but pre-pandemic my rating of lounges in WAW was:
Ren > Westin > Marriott > Sheraton > Hilton
Maybe Sheraton and Marriott could have swapped places but apart from that the order should be the same (with Hilton surely in last place).
I put the Ren above the Westin because of the very generous happy hour they had/have - drinks until 9.30pm. The food options tend to be nicer also, but Westin was better for food than the other Bonvoy options. Both the Ren and Westin were great options when the lounge was actually closed during the pandemic as you could choose a certain selection from the a la carte restaurant menu and get a proper meal.
Sheraton used to be only hors d'oeuvres and Marriott was slightly better but still not that great. Westin lounge is relatively spacious and has good views towards the west.
Sadly I've never got round to trying the IC lounge, given the free options I currently have. I've heard it's nothing special for an IC though.
