I sort of get that comment but on the other hand if you compare what's going on here to The Quinn with award rooms it is not so bad. (Not justifying it but saying there are worse examples of insults out there in the HH portfolio!!!)

The Quinn is now listed at a HGV property and the Studio Rooms (which come in at a huge 231sq. ft) that used to go for 80k now go for a much higher premium since it is all of a sudden a premium room when nothing has changed. I think pretty soon the only properties that will even have "regular award rooms" in larger cities will be crappy secondary brands if this trend continues.
