The Conrad downtown was good too bed comfort wise with a nice plush topper and quality linens
though that was years ago
I remember them being medium softness.
For goodness sake, don't stay at the Park Hyatt. Its great if you like sleeping on a rock. I'm like you. I want soft but not so soft I'm swimming in it.
On another note, I'm done staying here after what they did with free nights. Absolutely disgusting and will be taking my money and points elsewhere. They've shown me how they view loyal customers and I need see no more.
