- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes, I am always very happy here

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked Standard, upgraded to Privilege, as usual

- How are the rooms? Privilege rooms have everything you need and have been recently renovated. Very comfortable. The pillows could be better, though.

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:
- Location - in walking distance of the city centre.
- Buffet breakfast is fantastic, my favourite actually. There are always freshly baked cakes, applecakes, cheesecakes, Sachertorte and similar.
- The staff are very friendly and nice.
- New bathroom amenities by Elemental Herbology. I'm not familiar with this brand, but they smell nice and are a nice change from those awful Mercure toiletries.
- There is a parking garage underneath the hotel, which is very handy - 15 EUR per night

Bad: Nothing

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? N/A

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Welcome drink voucher for 2 people, valid for soft drinks, beer and wine. You can choose whichever wine you want, they will happily open a new bottle. For the welcome amenity, I could either choose a Milka chocolate, a box of Pringles or Haribo gummy bears. I chose Pringles.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Yes and absolutely. This hotel has never let me down.
