With status it is doable. T3 was 2hr security queue at times yesterday, so without I would be concerned. The biggest factors here are personal - what is your own attitude to risk, what do you value from the planned trip out and what are the consequence of a missed flight? I'd go for it if I hadn't seen London/Windsor, but would not do it just to get a different coffee...
