Write Globalist Gratuity Included rather than anything else. As this clarifies that it is a Globalist benefit that the hotel is responsible for covering and leaves you in the clear. Many Globs have commented over many years that they’ve stayed and the servers are happy with this process and have never had an issue.

I actually ran into this recently at HR Tulsa where they gave us coupons specifically stating gratuity not included. I wrote in 15% of the total, I asked MHC about it being removed afterwards and she basically brushed it off like there was nothing she could do. I didn’t push any further and will just always write in Globalist Gratuity included from now on.
